Construction contract for phase 2 – construction of residential building under the designation C in Zagreb, Radmanovačka ulica

TEHNIKA d.d. as the main contractor concluded CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR PHASE 2 – construction of RESIDENTIAL BUILDING under the designation C in Zagreb, Radmanovačka ulica, cadastral plot no.1665/3, cadastral district Klara.

The building (phase 2) leans to the phase 1 and is intended for residential use, with one underground level (partial) and 4 aboveground levels (GF, 1st floor, 2nd floor, recessed top floor).

The building will consist of 3 structural sections (C5 – west tower, C4 – east tower and C6 – longitudinal lamella) with bridges connecting the lamellae and the towers, which are also structurally dilated.
The height of the east tower will be reduced by half of the floor height compared to the rest of the building, which will allow the construction of a partial basement in that part of the building.

The basement level contains:
– 40 storage premises for tenants in the west tower
The ground floor contains:
– 9 garage spaces in the east tower
– 26 outdoor parking spaces
The rest of the aboveground part of the building is intended for housing – 40 housing units of various arrangement

Construction starts IMMEDIATELY upon site induction.
The planned construction period is 12 months.
