Through environmental management system following ISO 14001 standard, we integrate a high level of environmental protection and waste management into all our business activities. Thereby we contribute to the environmental goals of the entire community in terms of pollution reduction, which is a part of the responsible behaviour of every employee and the corporate culture of the company.

We are aware that the energy consumption depletes the natural resources, can cause damage to the environment and community and affects the climate change. Therefore, we apply the ISO 50001 standard in our energy management process. We recognize the responsibility and role of the construction industry in trying to achieve more rational use of energy and resources and we are one of the co-founders of the Green Building Council Croatia.

Our relations to stockholders, buyers, investors, suppliers, subcontractors and other partners are grounded on high ethical principles of the Code of Business Ethics of the Crotian Chamber of Commerce and Corporate governance code of Zagreb Stock Exchange that we apply. Our products are recognized on the market for their exquisite quality, and they are awarded the “Croatian Quality Label”. Constant monitoring and improvement of our business and management process in line with the ISO 9001 standard is a reflection of a clear strategy of long-term sustainability, competitiveness and business excellence.

We invest in the development of knowledge and competencies of the future generations and every year we enable a number of pupils and students of various professions to acquire good foundations for further education and professional progress through internship in our company under the supervision and mentoring of our experienced professionals. By giving scholarships to pupils and students we try to connect caring for young people with planning our business future.

With various donations and sponsorships, we support the work of sports associations, various cultural and humanitarian events, the creation of many professional publications and the work of health and humanitarian associations to help children, socially vulnerable families and individuals and the seriously ill.
