The project included the construction of a new replacement hotel wing, works on the existing main hotel building, and the renovation and refurbishment of the terrace. The new hotel wing, consisting of a basement, ground floor, and five upper floors, provides a total of 69 accommodation units, including 54 rooms and 15 suites, designed in accordance with 4-star hotel classification standards.
