International Property Awards
For the Westgate Split project, the construction of two business skyscraper in Split, which was built and built by TEHNIKA dd, was awarded yesterday at the ceremony at the hotel Savoy in London by Westgate Tower dooSplit prestigious International Property Award, the prize in the category of business buildings in Europe, and in the competition of thousands of projects from 115 countries.
The International Property Award is the award that is awarded as part of the annual gathering of the world’s best investment firms, architects, designers, consultants and managers, and 80 members of the expert group, including four English lords, decide on the winners of the award.
The Westgate Split project consists of two business towers. In the first tower, the ground floor and 12 storeys, which were completed a year ago, is the seat of OTP Splitska banka, while the second tower is designed with 17 floors but the investor requires the extension of the project on 28 floors, which would become the highest building in Croatia.
