TEHNIKA d.d. Zagreb concluded Work contract for TREATMENT DEVICE FOR WASTEWATER FROM SUGAR BEET PROCESSING – PHASE II with the Employer SLADORANA d.o.o., Županja.

Investor’s project assignment envisions construction of WASTEWATER TREATMENT DEVICE Sladorana d.d. Županja. The designed wastewater treatment device capacity is 116 000 PE. The project includes construction of three sedimentation tanks for sedimentation of sludge from sugar beet irrigation, with following capacities:

Sedimentation tank 1 20.760 m3
Sedimentation tank 2 60.172 m3
Sedimentation tank 3 60.004 m3.

The main purpose of sedimentation tanks is collection and deposition of wastewater during the sugar beet irrigation.
The project envisages construction of three (3) gravity pipelines that will be carried out as buried gravity pipelines. Gravity collectors have a total length of 286 m and will be made from DN 400 watertight pipes. A three meter wide traffic area will be constructed around the sedimentation tanks.
The length of the works on the construction of the traffic area is 1679 m.
An integral part of Phase II is the construction of overhead pipelines from Sladorana Plant to Sedimentation tanks in the length of 2 × 335.40 m. The pipelines are laid on 55 steel pillars with a 6.0 m spacing, with total height of 5.32 m.
TEHNIKA d.d. has successfully completed phase I of the device construction.
