The residential and business building is situated on a building plot bounded on three sides by public traffic areas, namely Stonska ulica in the east, Ulica Ede Murtića in the west and Ulica Julija Knifera in the north. In the south, the plot is bounded by a land plot facing Avenija Dubrovnik, defined as “protected green space” according to the Urban Development Plan.
Stage II of construction includes a total GCA of 26,502.55 m2, of which 11,441.19 m2 is aboveground and 15.061,36 m2 underground.
The ground floor includes 2 business premises, while the top floors accommodate 106 residential units. The underground levels contain in total 450 parking and garage spaces, a dual-purpose shelter, storages for tenants and technical areas.
Stage II comprises the construction of the south part of the business and residential building consisting of ground floor and 8 top levels. In addition, Stage II also comprises the construction of the basement level (levels -1 and -2) and 5 exit staircases from garage area to the outside.
The following stages will include the construction of additional apartments.
In this stage, the landscaping works will be performed to the extent required for the wholly functional operation of the residential and business part, comprising the arrangement of the terrain in the south part around the building including pedestrian and fire brigade access paths.
The planned completion of construction is June 2018.
