Tehnika d.d. concluded the contract No. 20/17-T for construction of
• Newly rebuilt hotel wing called „FIKUS – RADISSON“ of the Radisson Blu Resort, with GDA of 6.050 m2
• Performance of works on the existing main hotel building of the Radisson Blu Resort, Split
• Adaptation and renewal of the terrace on the existing main building of the Radisson Blu Split
Investor: HOTEL SPLIT d.d.
Total gross area of all buildings on the land plot is 29.298,53 m2.
The area of the subject land plot (cadastral plot 10039/15) is 15.015,00 m2.
The Fikus hotel wing is planned to include basement level, ground floor and five upper levels.
The hotel building is planned to have 69 accommodation units of which 54 rooms and 15 suites.
All accommodation units are designed in a manner to comply with the standards of the 4* categorisation.
Completion period: commencement upon signing of the contract – completion by January 15, 2018 at the latest.
