TEHNIKA d.d. Zagreb concluded the contract for performance of works on reconstruction of Sv. Duh clinical hospital and extension of outpatient hospital and underground garage, all in total value of 124.298.986,20 HRK ex-VAT.
The Investor is the City of Zagreb, Trg Stjepana Radića 1, 10000 Zagreb.
Total GDA is 23.000 m2, net area 21.376 m2, area of coverage is 8.500 m2, while the plot area of the new building is 3.000 m2.
This project includes the reconstruction of the hospital complex plus construction of completely new facilities of outpatient clinic, new office areas for hospital management and technical services, and construction of underground garage which will finally meet the parking needs of the entire hospital and the surrounding area.
The building is designed as a multi-level building with two underground garage levels, two partially underground and three aboveground levels. The underground garage is planned to be done on four levels comprising total of 477 parking spots.
Time for completion is 24 months.
