Works Contract for the construction of aboveground RC structure for WESTGATE B hotel building with associated amenities in Split

Tehnika d.d., as the Main Contractor, concluded a Works Contract for the construction of aboveground RC structure for WESTGATE B hotel building with associated amenities in Split, with the investor WESTGATE TOWER d.o.o.

The contracted time for completion of works is 260 calendar days.

The aboveground part of the building consists of the ground floor and 17 upper floors, with a total GDA of 15 041 m2.

The underground part of the building comprises five underground floors with a surface area of 8 600 m2, which were constructed by Tehnika d.d. in 2015 and 2016 while performing works for WESTGATE A building.

The execution of works for WESTGATE A building was subject to a separate contract. WESTGATE A building accommodates the headquarters of Splitska banka, which was officially opened on the 2^nd of December 2016.
